For the Best Dives in the World, global divers voted Palancar Reef at Cozumel as the best for the Caribbean and Atlantic, and  was not the only place  Divers also voted Devil’s Throat/Punta Sur, Cozumel, Cozumel   Barracuda Reef, Dos Ojos at Tulum.
