    Rental Policy

    50% upon acceptance of this rental agreement

    For PAYPAL payments please add 5,5% of the total amount when sending the money.

    No commissions apply for payments by wire transfer.

    For reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to guest arrival, the following options are available:

    100% refund from the total paid, minus bank commission.

    Balance which must be paid 30 days before arrival.

    If the cancellation is made less than 30 days no refunds will be given but you can rebook the

    vacation on another date with 1 year time by paying a $250usd cancellation fee,(excluding

    thanksgiving week, Christmas and New Year)

    Villas Check-In Check-Out

    Check-in time is at 4 :00 p.m. and check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. 

    Changes on dates:

    If you need to change your dates and the new reservation dates results in less nights, no refunds apply.

    Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury, or personal emergencies. We do not offer credit or refund for arriving late or leaving early.
