    *Exit out of Cancun Airport, keep to the right. You will approach Highway 307.

    *Follow signs directing South on Highway 307, toward PLAYA DEL CARMEN. You will travel over an Overpass at the Moon Place Resort and after few miles again at Puerto

    Morelos, if you wish buy some grocery prior arrival to the villa (good idea) so stay to the right side of the overpass !! and stop to the Chedrauy Grocery store that is few

    meters before the traffic light on the right side of the road.

    Than proceed to Playa del Secreto After you pass Puerto Morelos watch for the kilometer markers on the right side of the highway. When you pass kilometer marker 314 you

    will pass El Dorado Royale resort on your left. Move to the left lane now. You will see the Playa del Secreto road entrance on the other side of the highway (left), at this point

    slow down. You will see Valentin Spa and Resort, use the Resort Entrance (small ramp with orange barriers) to cross Highway 307,than Head South, Ease Back on

    the Highway 307 stay as far to the

    Right as you can.Turn into the Playa del Secreto entrance road, about ¾ of a mile down you will arrive at the gatehouse, tell the guard which vacation rental you are

    expected at  CASA CHANTY and he will let you in.


    Drive till the end of the road then turn left , just meters you will see CASA CHANTY on your RIGHT hand side (beach side),Turn into the driveway – the gate should be open,

    please drive in and stop the car beside the small reception exactly back the Casa Chanty,Damian our employed or the on site manager Alberto are waiting for you , they also

    provide you assistance during the week.

    The check in for Casa Angelica Cocos Villa that are on the second line 120  meters to the beach   is  in Casa Chanty with  the on site manager Alberto  you can reach

    him 0052/984/5931159 or Damian.

    I would recommend you to send us a food list a two days in advance for your convenience in order to find everything in your apartment as the Grocery storein Puerto Morelos is a 10 minute drive from the Villa, the cost of the food stocked service $25usd or alternatively

    I recommend that you make a necessary stop at the CHEDRAUY grocery store in Puerto Morelos, you can find it along the road that leads from Cancun to Playa del Secreto, on the right side of the ring road at the traffic lights.

    Exit the gate of the property turn right and enter the second gate on the left Where you find the sign of Casa Chanty go to the beach through the left side of the house , cross the small concrete bridge walk on the right side outside the property and you will find a private gazebo with lounge chairs a few meters ahead for the exclusive use of this villa.
