Cancellation Policy
- Reservation: 50% upon acceptance of rental agreement. Units may be reserved months in advance.
- Cancellations: Made at least 40 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund. If held for 4+ months before cancellation, a non-refundable $300 USD management fee applies.
- Final payment: Balance due 30 days before arrival.
- Date changes: If changed less than 30 days before arrival with fewer nights, no refund for reduced nights.
- Pets: Small pets allowed case by case (Casa Angelica or Coco’s Villa only). Must be pre-approved.
